58p This study aims to determine the effect of understanding the role of public relations on the performance of Division Space internally, this research method uses quantitative with saturated samples, with data analysis techniques using correlation test, regression test and hypothesis testing. With the final results of the research that has been applied, it can be concluded that thus the influence variable of the role of Public Relations is expressed as significant and has a positive influence on the variable Division Room Performance, so that this quantitative research is stated to have an influence between the independent variables to the dependent variable.
