Implementasi Rencana Bisnis dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Marketing 4.0 dan Evaluasi Kinerja Situs Web Bahanku
This final project discusses business plan implementation using marketing 4.0 approach and evaluation of Bahanku’s web site performance. Paper industry in Indonesia now supports economic growth by generating a foreign exchange of 6 billion US dollars per year. Bahanku saw an opportunity in the bluesky Chinese government policy that have goals to reduce polution, that also already closed many paper factories in China. All this time Bahanku only has traditional marketing, and according to marketing 4.0, it will hinder the growth of the company's marketing. Because of this, the Bahanku makes a website as part of their digital marketing strategy. By tailoring to customer wishes creating a website must be tested in performance and influence on brand awareness. To test these three things, the authors made an analysis using quantitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach supported by these theories, Marketing 4.0, 7C Framework, Five Forces and Marketing Mix (4p). In addition to the final project website evaluation, this analysis also reviews the planning of Bahanku business, such as financial projections, financial reports from the business that are currently running and the gap between plans and those realized during the Bahanku business. The results of the analysis show that Bahanku can increase by awareness through creating a website and the performance of Bahanku’s website exceeds the average but still bellow customer expectations. It is hoped that this analysis will inform business practitioners, governments, and researchers about the website and its performance in the digital industry of the paper industry.
