Perencanaan dan Implementasi Bisnis Mangkok Noesantara dari Berbagai Aspek Bisnis
Recently, the culinary industry give the most contribution toward Indonesia economy. Based on Creative Economy Agency data that the culinary industry contributes 40% among creative industries in the city of Bandung. Therefore, based on the phenomenon, the business of Mangkok Noesantara is developed. The purpose of this project report is to analyze and implement the Noesantara Bowl in the city of Bandung. This business report consists of external environmental analysis, industry analysis, competition and consumer analysis, marketing plans, operating plans, and financial plans. Then, the implementation consists of operational, marketing and financial activities. The results of this implementation shows that operational activities in general are successful, but in the marketing and finance divisions need to be improved in the future. The results of this final report project suggests Mangkok Noesantara to improve human resources management such as open communication between the partners and crew and improved digital and financial marketing.
