Perencanaan dan Implementasi Bisnis PT. Tekno Olah Pangan dari Berbagai Aspek Bisnis
The aim of this study is to analyze the business process and implementation of PT Tekno Olah Pangan using descriptive method. PT Tekno Olah Pangan is one of the waste processing industry and produces chemicals to reduce waste. Environmental pollution in Indonesia is a problem faced by the community and the government because of in the imbalance between producers and waste management. because of that, the authors are interested in knowing how the application applied by the owner at PT Tekno Olah Pangan. PT Tekno Olah Pangan has two products that is produced; water purifier and animal feed. From the results of the PESTEL analysis, it is indicated PT Tekno Olah Pangan's business consist of positive factors, but there is one point from the technological factors that develop negatively. PT Tekno Olah Pangan has a high bargaining power, but must consider new comers. From SWOT analysis, it is indicated PT Tekno Olah Pangan has strengths in quality, price and technology, in weakness: brand image, in opportunities: low cost production, in threats: developing competitors and new competitors. PT Tekno Olah Pangan focuses on marketing the company to textile factories and factories that produce waste. PT Tekno Olah Pangan has a positive financial report, PT. Tekno Olah Pangan can return their initial capital in the 12th month. The implementation of PT Tekno Olah Pangan has been running according to operational and marketing plans, but in terms of finance PT Tekno Olah Pangan is still in progress to reach the target.
