Analisis Perencanaan dan Implementasi Bisnis Kuliner: Ayam Naknan


Culinary business, as one of 16 subsectors of creative economy, has contributed 30% to travel and creative economy’s income. Culinary industry, which inseparable from society’s need, has become an attractive sector. Therefore, author is very interested with culinary potential and decided to make Ayam Naknan which serve Indonesian style fried chicken with unique features. Naknan is abbreviation of “Enak Tenan” which mean very delicious in Java. The purpose of this report is to identify Ayam Naknan as a feasible business based on business plan analysis and business implementation analysis. This report’s methodology is using external environment analysis, industry analysis, competition and market analysis to define business model canvas which will be elaborated to operation plan, financial plan, and activity plan. In 7 months of implementation, Ayam Naknan has fulfilled and executed all plans and can be concluded as a feasible business.
