Analisis Kualitas Produk, Harga, Kualitas, Pelayanan, dan Lokasi Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan yang Memengaruhi Loyalitas Pelanggan Teh Thailand di Jakarta


Recently, culinary business is growing rapidly nowadays in Indonesia, especially Thai Tea. However, there are many of food and beverage business that survive temporarily due to lack of customer loyalty. The purpose of this research is to determine the customer loyalty of Thai Tea in Jakarta which are influenced by customer satisfaction and also other independent variables such as product quality, price, service quality and location. This research uses SEM Partial Least Square method and Smart PLS Ver 3.2.7 as the analytical tool. The result of the research shows that product quality, price and location have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Thus, customer satisfaction is positively and have significant effecet on customer loyalty. However, service quality is insignificant on customer satisfaction. The result of this research supports the previous study that product quality, price and location are factors that support customer loyalty. Furthermore, there are some suggestions for food and beverage business owners or franchises is to improve and maintain the quality of product, price suitability and selection of the right location for customers.
