Analisis Perencanaan dan Implementasi Bisnis Pop Up Store: Markette
The growth of SME (Small Medium Enteprise) business in Indonesia have been rapidly growing from time to time with creative ideas from young people. Lots of business communities have been built to provide facilities to improve business for this young entrepreneurs. Although this facilities may accommodate this startup business, but it cannot help them to reach new market by expanding to other cities in Indonesia. Therefore the writer intend to aid this local entrepreneurs to expand their target market by opening a Pop up Store in cities such as Medan. The aim of this final project is to construct a strategy plan and implement all the plan of this Pop up Store “Markette” to help young entrepreneur in Indonesia to expand their business. In this final project the writer is using descriptive research method to analyze the final project. The concept that the writer brought for the Pop up Store will not only focusing on expanding this entrepreneur’s market, but also to give a new experience of shopping for the customer. In the end this project have been successful in terms of reaching it KPI regarding the sales revenue and through this project our Pop up Store have answer the needs of SME to expand their business to bigger market to Medan.
