This research is aimed at studying the effect of training on employees’ performance at Keraton at The Plaza Hotel. This study gathered as many as 200 respondents of Keraton at The Plaza Hotel employees for the sample for this research. This research used quantitative descriptive method by using rank-spearman correlation analysis and the data are being collected using questionnaire. This research showed that training conducted gave a positive effect for employee performance at Keraton at The Plaza. The conclusion of this research is employee performance that being effected by training was 67,4% and the 32,6% is being effected by another factors with correlation coefficient of 0,821.
