Analisa Time Management dalam Vivan Booth pada Penyelenggaraan Event Indonesia International Motor Show 2019
In this era, Indonesian tourism has been very advanced and has become one of the drivers of Indonesia’s economy to become better. Tourism includes destination management, tour and travel, and hospitality. MICE also plays a major role in this tourism sector. MICE which is Meeting, Incentive, Corporate and Exhibition, in Jakarta today there are more and more exhibitions, especially at JCC and Jiexpo. This is marked by the election of Indonesia as the place and host for various international events. One of them is the IIMS (Indonesia International Motor Show) which has been growing rapidly since 2017 untill now. In this study the author was involved in the Vivan booth event and was interested in examining the implementation of Time Management in operations at Vivan booth at the holding of the Indonesia International Motor Show 2019. This thesis is using qualitative descriptive method and for the data collection is using interview and observation techniques, In this study there are several problems that arise because of insufficient Time Management in Vivan booth at the Indonesia International Motor Show 2019. Time Management planning must be considered more because being a priority scale can be one of the keys in increasing Time Management. Time Management Planning is the most highlighted aspect of the speakers and writers and the need for a more accurate time management implementation in the implementation of each event.
