This study examines and analyzes the effect of utilization of fixed asset to predict financial distress of listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 20152017. The financial ratio that is used in this study is fixed asset turnover. The population of this study is listed manufacturing companies on BEI in 2015-2017 from basic industry and chemicals sector and the sample is chosen by purposive sampling method, which consists of 13 companies. The data is analyzed by using multiple linear regression method. The result of this study shows that fixed asset turnover (FA-TO) ratio has no significant influence on financial distress.
