<note>This final project report aims to find out if Regero is feasible to be ventured and how to kickstart and improve its business development strategy through Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat (SWOT) Analysis. Competition analysis, industry analysis, and market analysis are used to make marketing, operations and financial plans. The results of the SWOT analysis are listed as main indicators for the Key Performance Indicator (KPI). This final project report uses descriptive methods. The business plan has been implemented for four months (March 2019 - June 2019) and proven that Regero is feasible to be ventured. This was represented through the sales of Regero which could sell one batch of products in only a few weeks since the business started. The conclusion of this final project was the marketing plan, operating plan, financial plan and KPI has been made capable of increasing brand awareness.</note>
