Perancangan Fasilitas Daur Ulang Sampah Anorganik Dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Infill di Kantor Sekretariat RW Kelurahan Tanjung Duren Utara
At present, Jakarta is still struggling in processing inorganic waste. This is because there are 7000 tons of garbage / day produced by the people of DKI Jakarta in 2017. This has caused the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta to continue mobilizing the waste produced towards the Bantargebang Landfill (TPA), Bekasi. Since 2008, the Government and the community have continued to try to reduce the amount of waste sent to the Bantargebang landfill. However, so far the layers of society and government in the RW have shown little concrete steps to show a reduction in the amount of waste. This research focuses on the RW environment that has the potential to implement Reduce, Reuse and Recycle (3R) which provides benefits to the community itself. This study aims to explore the design criteria with the 3R concept in several areas of Jakarta that have a population density of 15.7 thousand people / km2. The concept and spirit of 3R will be simulated into several space programs using the Infill approach. So that this research can be applied in the Tanjung Duren Utara area which has the potential to be developed and infill trated based on both macro and micro site analysis.
