The object of this research focuses on efficient, sustainable, and liveable development for The City of Jakarta by applying the concept of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) to the existing mass transportations. Based on research done, Stasiun Kebayoran is one of the view promising stations that will be develop to fit the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) concept. However, Stasiun Kebayoran area is not ready and still far from what Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) concept is. The biggest issues in the area is the inefficiency of the pedestrian circulation, caused by the disconnectedness of the existing circulation. Therefore, the focus of this study is to redesign Stasiun Kebayoran stations, especially in terms of the access from the area to station, and vice versa.
