Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di Orange Incentive House, Panorama JTB


This research is about the influence of leadership styles on employee job satisfaction at Orange Incentive House, Panorama JTB. The purpose of this study is to determine whether leadership styles impact employee job satisfaction at Orange Incentive House, Panorama JTB or not. This study uses descriptive quantitative as research method with 71 samples. The primary data for this study were collected from the questionnaire that has been distributed and secondary data were collected from books, journals, articles, and websites. The findings in this study shows that leadership styles have impact on employee job satisfaction. In addition, the findings of this study also show that leadership styles at Orange Incentive House are in good category and employee job satisfaction is in the satisfied category.
