Analisis Motivasi Kerja Daily Workers Di Novotel Bali Nusa Dua
This study examines work motivation for Daily Workers employees at Novotel Bali Nusa Dua. The method used for this research is qualitative with descriptive exposure, by interviewing 2 Daily Worker staff and 1 Employment Manager. The results of this study found the factors that determine the motivation of the Daily Worker employees at Novotel Bali Nusa Dua. There are 5 factors that influence work motivation, namely, money, status, praise, challenges, and thanks.From those 5 motivation is very influence is Status. The results of this study can be used for employment staff in motivating Daily Workers at Novotel Bali Nusa Dua and how important leaders must be motivated first. The results showed that employee motivation is very important at work. Because of this, employees must maintain a good work climate within the organization and for good interpersonal relationships with fellow employees. This research is limited to years of service in various organizations. One limitation is the determination of time, because of me interviewing employees at certain times (now) and not for the past.
