Analisis Program Marketing di Pullman Jakarta Central Park


The purpose of this research is to identify the marketing program that has been implemented in Pullman Hotel Jakarta Central Park. This research using descriptive qualitative methods, with 10 responden which is sales department (4 people), marketing (3 people), guest relations (1 person) and front office (2 people). The data collection technique from this research is interview with interview guideline, and the collected data analysed with ethnography analysis. The result of this research is Pullman Jakarta Central Park is one of accor goup member and Pullman gain a great impact from accor marketing program. Besides there are some plus point from Pullman Hotel Jakarta Central Park such as art contentporer design, strategic location, great facilites, and also delighted services, this factor is the actractiveness for the guest to come back and be the loyal guest of Pullman Hotel Jakarta Central Park.
